Disability Forward is an Employee Resource Group within FCB Chicago focused on advocating for the disability community within the workplace. During my time as an Art Direction intern at FCB Chicago (summer 2021), I volunteered to design a language guide for the Disability Forward ERG. Published in accordance with Disability Pride Month, this guide is meant to provide non-disabled people with the tools to respectfully navigate conversations surrounding disabilities.
